The cocktail hour literally buzzed as guests sipped on BuzzBox cocktails sponsored by Rod Vanderbos and Bob Lienhard while listening to songstress, Gennine Jackson. PSWIFT President, Patti Gribow, Sandie Newton, and Fred Fern presented famed singer Jack Jones with a Tiffany PSWIFT’S LEGEND AWARD for his contributions to “his community” coupled with his lifelong ionic career as a celebrated recording artist. His lovely wife Eleonora smiled in approval as Jones commented, “Why would I want to go to LA when I can enjoy watching the awards in style in my own community? ”
Wolfgang Puck’s Kitchen and Bar impressed guests with a menu inspired by this year’s Academy Award menu and overseen by Wolfgang’s brother, Klaus. From an array of pizzas and baby kale and spinach salad to the entree of roasted Jidori chicken, potato puree and roasted root vegetables. Topping it off was a Tahitian Vanilla Bean Crème Brule and gold foil wrapped chocolate Oscars as dessert. Guests were wowed by every bite during this glamourous event created by Warren Jones of The Jones Group making this an event to be remembered.
