Favorite JJ song(s): Impossible Dream The other favorite performers: Buddy Clark, Mel Torme Mr. Jones: Were your Dad and Louis Hayward friends? A friend has a photo of the two of them at a nightclub with their dates. Louis may have been between marriages. There are 10 of us nuts who are fans of Louis. My family had the large 12 inch 78 album of your father singing Night and Day. I believe the whole album included Cole Porter songs. I trust you are in good health and still going strong. I heard Herb Jeffries at the Sacramento Jazz festival about 10 plus years ago.l. He was then in his early 90s and his voice was amazing....and I choose that word carefully.....

Favorite JJ song(s): She, If, Now I know, If you ever leave me 14 February 2014 \'First time to watch Jack\'s concert last night with my husband here in the Philippines. Enjoyed his show. Even if he is already 76, he has maintained that great voice, his disarming smile and good looks. But I think he will look younger if he would dye his hair. How I wish I had the chance to have a picture with him. Really love his voice and songs. Wish him good health and many many more concerts. God bless.

Favorite JJ song(s): Emily, Day in the Life of a Fool, Charade The other favorite performers Sinatra, Bennett, Damone, An Hi Jack, Just a note to say THANK YOU for all the years of great music. It\'s funny but people don\'t remember that in the 60\'s it wasn\'t all the British invasion and rock and roll. Great traditional pop and jazz singers such as yourself, Bennett, Andy Williams, Matt Munro, Nat Cole, Mel Torme, Sarah Vaughn, Nancy Wilson, Bobby Darin, Sammy Davis Jr., Perry Como, Damone, John Gary, and many more were making great recordings and performing live and on television. I do so miss the variety shows of those years. I recently watched a video of your performance on the Ed Sullivan show in 1964. You followed the Animals. Of course all the girls were shreiking for them but then you came out and performed so beautifully. It\'s almost as if I saw a sadness in your eyes as if you realized the wave of change you would have to face. You have faced it well... so well in fact that many rock acts of the 60\'s and 70\'s now perform the standards because they now recognize the beauty of those songs. Thank you for championing the American standard and great American song book. Thanks for the courage and dedication to your craft. I hope you never retire. Good Luck and God Bless John Jorgensen

Favorite JJ song(s): All of them. Happy New Year, and happy birthday, Jack. When I am able to gather more facts, I will write again. My mother often spoke of your father, and how they played together as children. She said they were first cousins. Her name: Margaret Owen, one sister: Ann. The relationship is on her mother\'s side. Her mother: Jenny Williams Owen. She had 2 sisters: Margaret Williams Bichler, (who, with her husband, owned a florist shop in Taylor), and Bessie Williams Watkins. There was one brother: Daniel Williams, and one brother who died very young. My mother was from Taylor, and my father from Old Forge. There is no one left from whom I can get more facts, so I am trying to find out on my own just how we are related. My mother\'s grandparents were Gomer and Anna Williams. Anna\'s maiden name was Jones. I know that your father\'s name was Theodore, and he took the name Allan from his mother\'s maiden name. At least, that is what I was always told. The last time you were in Wilmington, Delaware, I found out about it after the fact, so I missed seeing you, but I love to hear you sing. I think you are great! Would love to know if you have any plans on coming back to Wilmington. I live in the outskirts of Wilmington, near the historical city of New Castle, Delaware.

Favorite JJ song(s): Music of The Night; Send in The Clowns; God Only K For so many years my wife and I have been attending Jack\'s shows, be they in other States, north of the border, or even across The Pond. What is simply amazing is that each performance simply surpasses the prior, leaving one to ponder: \'How high is his zenith?\' And so it was at the Palm Desert show - simply incredible. But this particular McCallum event was more special. A relative of mine (originally English), escaping the bitter winters, fled to California for its sunshine and to celebrate a speciial birthday (her 80th). Afan of Jack and the Sinatras/Williams/Bennets, she had never seen Jack perform live. So I purchased tickets for her and her husband..............needless to say she was over the moon following yet another brilliant performance. Her husband, a retired airforce colonel simply could not comprehend Jack\'s amazing range and breath control. But more: Eleonora so graciously allowed me to take them to the backstage party and meet Jack. My relatives were over the moon, and all had several great chin-wags. To meet Jack and his lovely bride really capped off a wonderful birthday week. 2014 now, and still, in regular telephone calls, she raves on about the show, and I suspect that \'Live in Liverpool\' - one of her birthday presents, is just about worn out by now! Thank you Eleonora, for your graciousness, and thank you, Jack, for yet another great show - can\'t wait for the next one!
